The power converter module (2) is disposed in a rolling housing (4) is provided an AC electrical connection part (16)and a DC electrical connection part (18), and an interior including a switching circuit (20) with switching devices (S1-S6) individually connected between a corresponding AC node and a corresponding DC node for operation as either a rectifier or an inverter and an internal filter circuit with inductors (30L) individually connected between a corresponding AC node of the switching circuit and a corresponding AC electrical connection part (16), with a built-in blower or fan (14)to cool the filter circuit during operation.
