The waterproof shield for the motor comprises a shield body, a water retaining disc and a drain hole, wherein the shield body covers an extending shaft of the motor and is connected with a shell of the motor; the water retaining disc sleeves the extending shaft and is arranged inside the shield body; the drain hole is formed in the bottom of the shield body. The water retaining disc is arranged behind a lamination position of the waterproof shield and the extending shaft, water can be blocked by the water retaining disc to outflow from the drain hole even if entering the waterproof shield along with a motor shaft, and secondary waterproofing can be formed, so that rainwater is completely prevented from entering the motor to ensure that the motor can normally work.
