Device for turning collecting ring on line and use method for device

The invention relates to a device for turning a collecting ring on line. A motor of the collecting ring to be turned is dragged to rotate by a motor dragging machine. The device comprises the motor dragging machine, a belt, a driving wheel and a driven wheel, wherein the driving wheel is fixedly connected with a shaft extension of the motor dragging machine; the driven wheel is connected with a charge shaft of the motor; the driving wheel and the driven wheel are connected through the belt. The device has the advantages that the motor dragging machine is used for driving the uncharged motor to rotate, thus enabling the collecting ring to rotate and meeting a turning requirement; therefore, the problem of difficulty in detaching the collecting ring is solved, and the aim of turning the collecting ring on line is achieved. The whole device is portable and flexible, occupies a small area, cannot be limited by the space and is convenient to mount.
