Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel wear-resisting tensile electric wire which comprises a long-strip ethylene propylene rubber insulating body, wherein a convex part is formed on one side surface of the ethylene propylene rubber insulating body; a plane part is formed on another side surface of the ethylene propylene rubber insulating body; tearing slots are symmetrically and respectively formed in the upper and lower surfaces of the ethylene propylene rubber insulating body; two wire cores are arranged in parallel inside the ethylene propylene rubber insulating body; the diameter of each wire core is equal to or slightly smaller than 1/3 of the thickness of the ethylene propylene rubber insulating body. The novel wear-resisting tensile electric wire is smart and reasonable in structural design, and convenient and safe to use as operators can rapidly distinguish a left wire core and a right wire core in both vision and touch, the phenomenon of wrong wiring is avoided and the fool-proof purpose is achieved; as the ethylene propylene rubber insulating body is made of an ethylene propylene rubber material, the wire cores can be effectively protected, are not easy to hard and not easy to damage or abrade by external force, and are relatively high in wearing resistance and anti-aging property and good in tensile strength, the use property of the electric wire is greatly improved, and furthermore the use security is effectively ensured. |
