The system comprises five C/S subsystems and a drilling rig part internet-of-things B/S main system, wherein the five C/S subsystems are the foundation database subsystem, the overseas enquiry subsystem, the dispatch subsystem, the overseas field handover subsystem and the storage subsystem. A logistics integration system is constituted, efficient means are provided for data importing, maintenance, enquiry and statistical management, and powerful bases are provided for subsequent production decision making and long-term planning; an efficient and rapid modernized information communication channel is established.
