Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an equipment state operation executing method and an equipment state operation executing device. The equipment state operation executing method comprises the following steps: according to an equipment state operation task, generating a preoperation order; acquiring a pre-executing result of the preoperation order; judging whether the pre-executing result is matched with the equipment state operation executing order or not; when the pre-executing result is not matched with the equipment state operation executing order, modifying the preoperation order, and using the modified preoperation order as the operation order; when the pre-executing result is matched with the equipment state operation executing order, directly using the preoperation order as the operation order; according to the operation order, executing equipment state operation. After application of the technical scheme, the correct rate of the operation order can be improved, and when the preoperation order is incorrect, the problems of damage to equipment and a circuit or resource waste caused by incorrect operation on the equipment can be solved.
