Intelligent resource distribution system for operating devic

The invention relates to an intelligent resource distribution system and method for an operating device. The system comprises a plurality of testers, tester side connecting boards and tester communication ports, wherein each of the testers comprises a processor and a memory; the tester is configured to store and execute control signals for simultaneously testing one of multiple semiconductor components; the operating device comprises a plurality of test stations, operating device side connecting plates, and operating device communication ports; each of the test stations is configured to receive one of the multiple semiconductor components; a controller is arranged outside the testers and the operating device, and communicates with all testers and the operating device through the tester communication ports and the operating device communication ports. The communication between each of the testers and the operating device is performed through the controller.
