The multidirectional-irradiation passive optical fiber end is characterized in that the cladding wraps the optical fiber core, a concave flat deep groove is arranged between the optical fiber core and the cladding, the bottom of the concave flat deep groove extends at the position d2 of 1/2 from the critical side of the optical fiber core and the cladding to the fiber core center, a conical lens is adhered in the concave flat deep groove, and the protective cover is fixed outside the cladding. The multidirectional-irradiation passive optical fiber end has the advantages that lateral output radius of medical laser is effectively lengthened, a transmission area of transverse laser lines is enlarged, medical utilization rate of single-beam optical fibers is increased, and curing area and medical clinical treatment effect in the medical clinical laser field are effectively enlarged and improved.
