Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an electric heating device capable of increasing the temperature of a capillary chromatographic column and a heating method. The electric heating device is characterized by comprising a first capillary, a second capillary, a resistance wire and an adjustable direct-current power supply, wherein the resistance wire is uniformly wound on the outer wall of the first capillary; the two ends of the resistance wire are respectively connected with a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the adjustable direct-current power supply; the first capillary wound with the resistance wire is placed in the second capillary; and the first capillary and the second capillary are coaxially arranged. The heating method comprises the following steps: winding the nickel-chromium resistance wire on the outer surface of the first capillary, sleeving the first capillary wound with the nickel-chromium resistance wire by the second capillary and fixing, enabling the flat-head end of the capillary chromatographic column to pass through an inner cavity of the first capillary, and then connecting the flat-head end with a capillary chromatograph by a communication piece, connecting the two ends of the resistance wire with the negative electrode and the negative electrode of the adjustable direct-current power supply, and adjusting the temperature in the first capillary to heat the capillary chromatographic column by changing the output voltage of the adjustable direct-current power supply.
