Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to a method for manufacturing an enzyme-free glucose sensor by using an ionic liquid electrodeposition nanometer material. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: grinding a glassy carbon electrode until the surface is clean by using gamma-aluminum oxide powder; dispersing graphene in a perfluorosulfonate-polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer solution, and preparing graphene-perfluorosulfonate-polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer black suspension liquid; coating the glassy carbon electrode by the black suspension liquid, and preparing a graphene-perfluorosulfonate-polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer/glassy carbon electrode; adding palladium dichloride into 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole tetrafluoroborate so as to prepare the deposition liquid; adding the graphene-chitosan/glassy carbon electrode in the deposition liquid, preparing a palladium nano-ion/graphene-chitosan/glassy carbon electrode to serve as a working electrode, taking a saturated calomel electrode as a reference electrode, taking a platinum wire as an auxiliary electrode, and preparing the enzyme-free glucose sensor used for detecting the glucose by virtue of an electrochemical workstation. The enzyme-free glucose sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity and high reproducibility.
