Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an intelligent bulletproof device for monitoring the injury situation of the attacked and a monitoring method. The intelligent bulletproof device comprises a body armor body, a shooting monitoring unit, an information processing unit and a communication unit, wherein the situation that the body armor body is broken through by a bullet and a body part attacked by the bullet can be detected by virtue of the shooting monitoring unit; the information processing unit is used for judging the injury situation of the attacked according to the bullet breakthrough situation and the body part hit by the bullet and transmitting the injury situation to a cloud service platform through the communication unit, after the cloud service platform receives the injury situation of the attacked, the injury situation is transmitted to a rescuing platform nearby the attacked, and the attacked can be rescued in time.
