Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to a proportioning and manufacture of a rare-earth permanent-magnetic alloy. In the invention, a rare-earth permanent-magnetic alloy with series high performances and large coercivity can be obtained by adding heavy rare-earth oxide into Nb-Fe-B alloy. The properties of obtained such alloy include: maximum magnetic energy product (BH)max=36 MGOC, IHC=13000(Oe), average reverse temp. coefficient for magnetic induction: a=minus 0.089% deg.C at 20-200 deg.C, and 150 deg.C of working temp.
