Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an electromagnetic valve with a long oil-duct breathing hole. The electromagnetic valve comprises an electromagnetic portion, a valve spool and a valve sleeve. the breathing hole is formed in the valve sleeve located over the valve spool; the breathing hole is formed in the end of the side, close to the magnetic washer, of the valve sleeve; an annular gap is formed between the outer wall of the end of the valve sleeve and the inner wall of the magnetic washer; the end, close to an armature, of the valve spool is communicated with the gap between the valve sleeve and a magnetic sleeve through the breathing hole and the annular gap outside the valve sleeve. When the electromagnetic valve is operated, contaminated oil can reach the breathing hole in the upper portion of the valve sleeve from the lower portion of the valve sleeve via a semicircular slender flow passage and enters the electromagnetic portion of the electromagnetic valve through the breathing hole, so that contaminant particles automatically gather in the lower half of the flow passage due to the action of space and gravity, and the contaminant particles finally entering the breathing hole are decreased to be very few, anti-contamination capability is improved; the electromagnetic valve is simple in structure and easy to process and implement, and extra cost is not increased basically. |
