Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a bionic type adaptive balancing forest chassis hinging device and belongs to the technical field of forest vehicle chassis. The hinging device comprises a rear underframe, a bionic double-ball hinge, ox horn buffers, a buffering airbag pair and a front underframe. The overall device is provided with three stages of buffering, including soft base buffering in a joint soft structure, ox horn buffering and airbag buffering; and the rear underframe and the front underframe are arranged symmetrically and are connected with each other by virtue of the bionic double-ball hinge, the opening ends of the two underframes are outward, the ox horn buffers are symmetrically arranged on the bionic double-ball hinge, one end of each ox horn buffer is fixed on the bionic double-ball hinge, and the other end of each ox horn buffer is arranged in a groove of the front underframe by virtue of the buffering airbag pair. The three stages of buffering of the hinging device provided by the invention is beneficial for improving the snaking flexibility and running stability of a forest vehicle, simplifying the overall structure of the vehicle and reducing noise and energy loss. |
