Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an axial positioning structure for a compressor blade in an impeller groove. A blade root of the compressor blade is mounted in the impeller groove of an impeller, and axial positioning locking is realized through a locking key. The axial positioning structure is characterized in that the locking key is a saddle-shaped locking key which comprises a pair of gas inlet side and gas outlet side formed by bending, wherein the locking key is spanned on the rim of the impeller; the gas inlet side and the gas outlet side are respectively matched with a gas inlet side surface and a gas outlet side surface of the impeller, so that the locking key is clamped on the impeller rim; a positioning hole is formed in the middle of the locking key, a boss adaptive to the positioning hole is formed in the bottom surface of the blade root of the blade; the height of the boss is equal to or slightly smaller than the thickness of the locking key; only one side of the saddle-shaped locking key is bent before the saddle-shaped locking key is assembled, and the other side of the saddle-shaped locking key is bent after the saddle-shaped locking key is mounted in the groove. The axial positioning structure is simple in structure, easy to process and convenient to assemble. |
