Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a steel BB503 steel plate for a blast furnace housing as well as a production method of the steel BB503 steel plate. The steel plate comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.13-0.18% of C, 0.30-0.55% of Si, 1.3-1.6% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.018% of P, less than or equal to 0.010% of S, 0.010-0.050% of ALS, 0.010-0.035% of Ti, 0.02-0.10% of V and the balance of Fe and residual elements. The production method comprises the following steps: KR molten iron pretreatment; smelting with converter; LF refining; pouring; billet heating; rolling; slow cooling; thermally treating and the like. Through a reasonable design of chemical compositions, the cleanliness of steel quality is ensured by an LF(VD) process and the 12-100 mm thick steel BB503 steel plate of an alloy structure for the blast furnace housing is successfully researched by effectively implementing processes such as heating, rolling, normalizing and the like. Compared with the national standard, the surplus of the yield strength of the steel BB503 steel plate is controlled within 30-60 MPa and the surplus of the tensile strength of the steel BB503 steel plate is controlled within 40-70 MPa, the surplus of the elongation of the steel BB503 steel plate is controlled within 2-6% and the surplus of the V-shaped ballistic work of the steel BB503 steel plate is controlled within 100-250 J. |
