Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method or producing ZChSnSbll-6 alloy from copper-containing crude tin. The method comprises the following steps: (1) material preparation, wherein raw materials including 650-700 kg of the copper-containing crude tin, 100-150 kg of refined antimony and 200-250 kg of refined tin are mixed uniformly; (2) melting, wherein the uniformly mixed materials are melted at 440-520 DEG C, and after melting, stirring is performed at a speed of 40-60 r/min for 1-2 hours; (3) deslagging, wherein 2-3 kg of sawdust and 1-2 kg of rosin are added into the molten and stirred materials, uniform stirring is performed, the temperature is reduced to 380-400 DEG C, and oxidation slags are removed; (4) casting, wherein the deslagged materials are injected into a die, and cooling to form the ZChSnSbll-6 alloy. The method adopts the relatively cheap copper-containing crude tin as the raw material for replacing the refined copper and part of the refined tin, thereby reducing cost while guaranteeing quality.
