Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a nickel-containing electroplating wastewater treatment and nickel recovery method, which comprises a nickel-containing electroplating wastewater treatment process and a nickel recovery process. The nickel-containing electroplating wastewater treatment process comprises the following steps: passing nickel-containing electroplating wastewater through a bag filter to remove impurities in the wastewater; sending the impurity-removed wastewater into an ion-exchange fiber system to perform exchange adsorption, and discharging effluent water after reaching the standard; and after the ion-exchange fiber achieves a saturated adsorption state, regenerating with a regenerant to obtain a high-concentration nickel concentrated solution. The nickel recovery process comprises the following steps: adding acid or alkali to regulate the pH value of the nickel concentrated solution to a proper range, adding a proper amount of precipitant, stirring to sufficiently react to form a nickel-containing precipitate, and carrying out pressure filtration and high-temperature oxygen-free drying on the precipitate to obtain high-purity nickel powder which can be directly reutilized. The technique can recover nickel from the nickel-containing electroplating wastewater on the premise of ensuring the electroplating wastewater to be discharged after reaching the standard, has the advantages of adjustable scale, simple process route, low energy consumption, high nickel recovery rate and no secondary pollution, and has favorable economic benefit and social benefit.
