Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for removing impurities from metal sulfonium, and further discloses a device for removing impurities from metal sulfonium. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preheating an impurity volatilization vacuum chamber, and adding the metal sulfonium into a melt tank; (2) opening a vacuum pump to evacuate air from the impurity volatilization vacuum chamber, so that the metal sulfonium enters the impurity volatilization vacuum chamber through a connecting pipe of the impurity volatilization vacuum chamber; (3) injecting driving gas into the driving gas access port of an ascending pipe in the connecting pipe, so that the metal sulfonium continuously sprays into the impurity volatilization vacuum chamber, and then falls back into the melt tank through a descending pipe in the connecting pipe to form circulatory flow; (4) closing the vacuum pump to stop the injection of the driving gas. According to the method, the impurities can be removed from the metal sulfonium, and the influence of excessive impurities on an electrolysis process during the metal smelting production can be eliminated. The device provided by the invention comprises a melt tank, the impurity volatilization vacuum chamber and the vacuum pump, wherein the impurity volatilization vacuum chamber is provided with the connecting pipe; the vacuum pump is connected with the impurity volatilization vacuum chamber. The device is capable of removing volatile impurities from the metal sulfonium.
