Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of microalgae bio-refinery, and in particular relates to a method for synchronously extracting microalgal oil and microalgal polysaccharide. The method comprises the following steps: processing microalgae through plant cell wall degrading enzymes to obtain a microalgal pre-proceed product; 2, processing the microalgal pre-processed product for 10 to 30 minutes under the condition that the temperature is 80 to 120 DEG C and the pressure is 0.05 to 0.25MPa to obtain a second-grade microalgal pre-processed product; extracting microalgal oil and microalgal polysaccharide through the second-grade microalgal pre-processed product. With the adoption of the method, the reaction conditions for extracting microalgal oil and microalgal polysaccharide can be improved; the microalgae raw material can be fully utilized to the maximum; more microalgal oil and microalgal polysaccharide can be extracted; the production cost is decreased; mass production can be carried out easily.
