Method for preparing coal water slurry by using ultra-micro crushing technique

The invention discloses a method for preparing coal water slurry by using an ultra-micro crushing technique. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, primarily crushing raw coal, and further crushing the raw coal by using a high-speed centrifugal jet mill; feeding the obtained coal powder into a slurry preparation stirring tank through a dust collector, adding water and additives, and stirring; shearing by using a shearing machine, stirring, and feeding into a stirring pond for further stirring; finally filtering, thereby obtaining a coal water slurry finished product. A conventional coal water slurry preparation process is improved, and a conventional dry grinding process is replaced by a superfine high-speed centrifugal jet mill, so that the procedures of dry treatment and mixing kneading performed after the raw coal is crushed are omitted; in addition, due to additional arrangement of the dust collector, the working environment of operators is greatly improved.
