Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an organic soil having a high gelling rate in waste vegetable oil and a preparation method of the organic soil. The organic soil is prepared from 80-90 parts of sodium bentonite, 30-40 parts of quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant, 15-20 parts of hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant, 0.01-20 parts of organic amine salt, 0.05-20 parts of lactam, 0.01-1.0 part of protonation agent, 0.01-2.0 parts of transition metal nickel salt and 500-750 parts of water. The preparation method of the organic soil comprises the following steps: (1) dispersing the sodium bentonite into water, activating by use of HCl to form a stable suspension, and regulating the pH to the range of 5-9 to obtain a liquid a; (2) adding the organic amine salt, the lactam, the protonation agent and the transition metal salt, stirring for 2-5 hours in constant-water water bath, and obtaining a solution b by virtue of suction filtration and washing; (3) adding the liquid b to the aqueous solution of the quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant, and reacting for 1-3 hours at a temperature ranging from 40 to 90 DEG C, thereby obtaining a product c; (4) washing the product c for 3-5 times, adding the hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant to obtain a product d, drying at a temperature ranging from 90 to 110 DEG C, and grinding and sieving, thereby obtaining the organic soil product.
