Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an organic-inorganic composite paint and a preparation method thereof. The organic-inorganic composite paint is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: water, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, titanium dioxide, a filling material, an emulsion, water glass, an antifreezing agent, and a thickening agent, wherein the filling material is one or any combinations of heavy calcium carbonate, barite and water-washed soil; the emulsion is the copolymer of styrene and a crylic acid. The organic-inorganic composite paint prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention not only has excellent flexibility, but also has the properties of water resistance, alkali resistance and stain resistance.
