The invention discloses a blue anti-fogging polystyrene sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. The blue anti-fogging polystyrene sheet comprises the following components: 80-85% of GPPS, 10-15% of HIPS and 5-10% of blue masterbatch. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials; performing melt extrusion on a mixture by using an extruder at the melting temperature of 180-250 DEG C; sending a melt into a die head and casting into thick sheet at the temperature of 200-250 DEG C; longitudinally and transversely drawing the thick sheet to obtain a thin sheet; trimming the thin sheet, performing thickness measurement and corona treatment on the thin sheet, coating silicone oil and an anti-fogging agent, drying, rolling, aging and slitting. The blue anti-fogging polystyrene sheet has good rigidity and certain toughness; a proper amount of yellow masterbatch is uniformly mixed and preheating temperature control is reasonable, so that the blue anti-fogging polystyrene sheet is uniform in color, good in light transmittance and more attractive in appearance; the silicone oil and the anti-fog agent are coated, so that the blue anti-fogging polystyrene sheet is easy to stack and is good in anti-fogging performance; the blue anti-fogging polystyrene sheet can be widely used for packaging food, medicines, electronic products, clothes, toys and other products.
