Foamed composite material and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of plastic processing, and particularly relates to a foamed composite material and a preparation method thereof. The foamed composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-95 parts of polypropylene, 3-20 parts of polyethylene, 2-10 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 1-3 parts of a chemical foaming agent, and 1-5 pars of an inorganic filler. According to the foamed composite material disclosed by the invention, the universal polypropylene resin and polyethylene resin are adopted, the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the inorganic filler are added, and the foamed composite material with the pore diameter of 50-300 [mu]m and the apparent density of 82-460 kg/m can be obtained in an ordinary single screw extruder. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, convenient to operate, and low in cost.
