Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a polyethylene resin composition for a gas pipe warning panel. The composition comprises 100 parts of high density polyethylene, 0-80 parts of linear low density polyethylene, 10-60 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), 1-20 parts of carbon black and 0.1-2 parts of an antioxidant. The invention further provides a preparation method of the polyethylene resin composition. The preparation method comprises the following step: fusing and blending the linear low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, EPDM, carbon black and antioxidant in parts by weight to prepare the polyethylene resin composition. The invention further relates to the gas pipe warning panel which is prepared from the polyethylene resin composition.
