| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a purification method for preparing (R)-8-(3-aminopiperidine-1-group)-xanthine. The purification method comprises the following steps of: reacting an obtained 8-(3-aminopiperidine-1-group)-xanthine crude product with proper acid for salification and purification; beating; then neutralizing with proper alkali to obtain high-purity (R)-8-(3-aminopiperidine-1-group)-xanthine. The product obtained through the purification method provided by the invention has the advantages of higher yield, simpler operation and shorter time and is favorable to commercialized production; most of all, the product is higher in purity; and the obtained product can ensure that all individual impurities contained in API are kept on a level less than 0.1%. |
