Method and device for preparing cyclohexanone oxime gas

The invention relates to a method and a device for preparing cyclohexanone oxime gas. The method comprises the following steps: (1) enabling a liquid material containing cyclohexanone oxime and carrier gas to flow through a vertical heating pipe in an evaporator in a concurrent flow manner to obtain a heated gas-liquid mixture material; (2) performing gas-liquid separation on the gas-liquid mixture material obtained in the step (1) to obtain a gas-phase material and a liquid-phase material; and (3) mixing the gas-phase material obtained in the step (2) with another strand of carrier gas to obtain the gas containing cyclohexanone oxime. The method provided by the invention is simple in process, and the obtained cyclohexanone oxime gas does not coke in the subsequent heating process.
