Special emulsion explosive for sulfur-containing mine

The invention discloses a special emulsion explosive for a sulfur-containing mine and preparation thereof. The emulsion explosive comprises a water phase and an oil phase in percentage by weight, wherein the water phase includes 65%-75% of ammonium nitrate, 18%-25% of water and 2%-5% of urea; and the oil phase includes 1.2%-2% polyisobutene high-molecular emulsifying agents, 2%-4% of Ninasi oil and 0.1%-2% of tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate. According to the special emulsion explosive, a water solution which contains ammonium nitrate forms a stable latex system with the oil phase under the action of an emulsifying agent, the urea is added to the water phase, and TCEP is added to the oil phase. Compared with the traditional emulsion explosive, the formula explosive disclosed by the invention is enhanced in heat stability, outstandingly enhanced in safety and suitable for industrialized production.
