Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a fireproof material and particularly relates to a magnesium-enriched spinel carbon brick for a slag-out side of a wall of a steel ladle and a preparation method of the magnesium-enriched spinel carbon brick. The magnesium-enriched spinel carbon brick comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-55 parts of fused spinel particles with the grain size being less than or equal to 5 mm, 10-20 parts of fused magnesite particles with the grain size being greater than or equal to 1 mm but less than or equal to 5 mm, 30-40 parts of co-grinding powder and 2-3 parts of a binding agent, wherein the co-grinding powder is selected from one or more of fused spinel fine powder, graphite, high-temperature asphalt, SiC micropowder, metal aluminum powder and alumina micro-powder. The product provided by the invention is high in volume density, high in strength and high in thermal shock resistance and good in molten steel and slag erosion resistance. The magnesium-enriched spinel carbon brick matched with conventional aluminum-magnesia carbon in use can be used for solving the problem that the slag-out side of the wall of the steel ladle is preferably damaged, so that the long service life of a wall furnace is realized. |
