Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a glass coating outlet pot-separating control method and a glass coating outlet pot-separating control system. The method is used for pot-separating control in an outlet transition chamber for glass coated with film in a vacuum sputtering chamber, and comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring ith glass data of the glass in the ith pot, wherein the ith glass data comprises a measured length of the glass in the ith pot before entering the vacuum sputtering chamber, and i is larger than or equal to 1; S2, uploading the ith glass data to a background server; S3, taking out the ith glass data from the background server, and using the measured length of the ith glass data as a length standard, and performing outlet pot-separating on the glass in the ith pot in the outlet transition chamber; when the glass in the ith pot enters the vacuum sputtering chamber, i being plus with 1, executing the steps S1-S3 for the glass in the (i+1)th pot and performing the pot-separating control. According to the glass coating outlet pot-separating control method and the system disclosed by the invention, the glass in the ith pot can be divided into another pot in the process of being transferred from the vacuum sputtering chamber to the outlet transition chamber, so that the production efficiency can be improved.
