Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a novel technology for removing nitrogen and phosphorus with a two-sludge method. Denitrifying bacteria and nitrifying bacteria are cultured in a sequencing batch bioreactor and a bypass aerobic reactor respectively, the sequencing batch bioreactor adopts a bottom water distribution device to distribute water and adopts upper mixed liquid backflows to form upward flows, and sludge granulation is facilitated. The technology has the advantages that the structure is simple, running is flexible, the sludge concentration is high, and volume loads of the reactors are high.
