Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for selectively oxidizing and purifying a carbon nano tube by utilizing microwave and belongs to the technical field of preparation of carbon nano tubes. The method for selectively oxidizing and purifying the carbon nano tube by utilizing microwave comprises the following steps: putting a carbon nano tube prepared by adopting a chemical vapour deposition method in a microwave radiation environment, carrying out microwave heating at the temperature of 200-500 DEG C for 0.5-120 minutes in the air atmosphere, and carrying out selective heating and oxidization by virtue of microwave on residual amorphous carbon, graphite and the like in the carbon nano tube and residual metal catalyst impurities, wrapped by carbon, such as Fe, Co and Ni in a chemical vapour deposition process, wherein carbon is generated into CO/CO2 during microwave heating, and metal and metal impurities react in a weak acid solution and are dissolved into acid liquor. The method for selectively oxidizing and purifying the carbon nano tube by utilizing microwave has the advantages that primary morphology of the carbon nano tube can not be damaged, purity of the carbon nano tube can be improved to more than 99.0%, a process is simple, energy conservation and environmental protection are realized, purifying efficiency is high, and large-scale continuous batch purification can be realized. |
