Manufacturing method for dry-type sleeve core body

The invention provides a manufacturing method for a dry-type sleeve core body. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: rolling molding an insulating material on a bushing machine, and putting into a mould; degassing epoxy resin on a degassing device; injecting the degassed epoxy resin into the mould in a pouring manner; adopting the pressure gel method for curing molding. Compared with the conventional manufacturing method for a sleeve core body, the manufacturing method is capable of molding at one attempt and short in manufacturing period; degassing treatment is carried out on epoxy resin before pouring, so that sleeve manufacturing is high in qualification rate; by adopting the pressure gel method for curing, the manufactured sleeve core body has better mechanical properties and electrical properties, and the size precision, the surface quality and the like of the product are greatly improved as compared with those in the conventional pouring technology.
