Cloth piece separator for vehicle air bag

The invention discloses a cloth piece separator for vehicle air bag; the cloth piece separator comprises a machine frame; a lifting platform installed on the machine frame, wherein the lifting platform is used for placing multiple layers of air bag cloths which are cut and superposed together; cloth piece material boxes arranged on left and right sides of the lifting platform for collecting the air bag cloth pieces, and film piece material boxes for collecting plastic film pieces; a variable-frequency motor installed on the machine frame, wherein the variable-frequency motor moves circularly and alternately in forward and backward direction by the control of a converter and a PLC controller; a friction wheel installed on the output shaft of the variable-frequency motor, wherein the friction wheel moves circularly and alternately in clockwise and counterclockwise directions along with the output shaft of the variable-frequency motor, so as to alternately separate cloth pieces of the multiple layers of air bag cloths and the plastic film pieces which are placed on the lifting platform, and respectively throw the cloth pieces and the plastic film pieces into the cloth piece material box and the film piece material box for being collected therein. The cloth piece separator for vehicle air bag is able to automatically separate the cloth pieces of multiple layers of air bag cloths which are cut and superposed together and the plastic film pieces, thereby increasing the separating efficiency and reducing the labor intensity.
