Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim polysaccharide immunopotentiator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: removing seeds of fresh trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim and then mashing or smashing dried trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim, decocting by using water, concentrating, precipitating 95 percent of alcohol to 50 percent, filtering out a precipitate I and drying the precipitate I to obtain a powder; taking the powder, adding alpha-diastase with a dry powder mass of 15 to 25 percent, adding distilled water for dissolving, and carrying out water bath for enzymolysis for 4 hours; taking out and then filtering, concentrating, precipitating 99 percent of alcohol to 50 percent, allowing the liquid to stand, filtering out a precipitate II, and then obtaining trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim coarse polysaccharide after drying the precipitate II; adding distilled water into the trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim coarse polysaccharide for dissolving, and carrying out membrane separation; respectively adding auxiliary materials into two sections of polysaccharide lyophilized powders UF-50 and NF-400 to prepare preparation agents. The preparation method provided by the invention can remarkably improve rat spleen indexes and thymus indexes, and has the characteristics of high safety, innocuity and feasible process.
