A monitoring unit is arranged on the eye patch and used for obtaining eye movement parameters for determining the sleep state of a user, judging the current sleep state of the user according to the eye movement parameters and analyzing the whole sleep quality of the user; the eye patch has relatively high precision and accuracy; furthermore, the eye movement parameters can be obtained in real time by wearing the eye patch only before sleeping; and the eye patch disclosed by the invention is convenient and fast to operate.
