The 1,4,5,6-tetra hydrogen-2-methtyl-4-pyrimidinyl carboxy or 1,4,5,6-tetrahydrogen-2-methyl-5-hydroxyl-4- pyrimidinyl carboxy can be added into the solid-state filter material in a solution soaking mode or a suspension liquid soaking mode, and also can be added into the solid-state filter material in a solid powder form. According to the research, the cigarette filter tip rod is used for smoking, so that lungs of the smoker can be protected, and lung injuries caused by smoking can be reduced and relieved.
