The solid-state sauce is prepared from the following components: hydrogenated oil having a melting point of 60 DEG C, hydrogenated oil having a melting point of 37 DEG C, cane sugar S-570, cane sugar S-1170, edible essence and tomato sauce. The solid-state sauce is in a solid-state at a normal temperature, and therefore, the problem that the conventional tomato sauce sticks to the interior of the package can be effectively avoided; besides, the solid-state sauce is stable in quality without any preservative additive, and has an excellent preservation effect.
