Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a cassava cake. The cassava cake is prepared from the following raw materials: 150-200kg of cassava, 35-50kg of glutinous rice flour, 5-10kg of egg, 10-20kg of fish paste, 1-2kg of caraway, 1-2kg of sesame and 70-120kg of water. The manufacturing steps are as follows: (1) slicing the cassava, soaking in clear water, and chopping the caraway; (2) weighing raw materials according to recipe, and adding in a stirred mill to stir for 4-6 hours; (3) intermittently falling the stirred pulp on a baking belt to bake; (4) backward conveying while baking the cassava cake along the rotation of the baking belt, falling the cassava cake in a fryer to fry for 5-15 min when the cassava cake is conveyed to the tail end, and then fishing up to obtain the cassava cake finished product. |
