Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a cassava-based pig feed. The preparation method of the cassava based pig feed comprises the following steps: rolling cassava tubers into sheets by using a rolling mill, soaking the rolled cassava tubers into water in which citric acid is added for 2 hours, and filtering; adding the cassava tubers and leaves from which linamarin is removed into a pulverizer together, and pulverizing to obtain cassava pulp; weighing the cassava pulp containing 100kg by weight of cassava flour, adding 20kg of soybean dregs, 5kg of fish meal, 2kg of tangerine peel powder, 1,000g of edible salt, 20g of cerium oxalate, 50g of medical stone powder and 200g of indigowoad roots; adding yeast, mixing uniformly, and fermenting for 2 days; and drying the fermented cassava pulp by a spraying and drying method to obtain the pig feed. The cassava-based pig feed prepared by adopting the preparation method is low in cost and can be directly fed to pigs after being soaked in warm water, and the pigs fed by the cassava-based pig feed can grow healthily and gain weight. |
