Zusammenfassung: | In a manufacturing method for a resistor, a sheet-like resistive body on which a plurality of strip electrodes have been formed is cut in a direction perpendicular to the strip electrodes so as to form strip-like resistors. Meanwhile, a metallic paste containing glass frits at uniform intervals on the surface of a plate-shaped insulating substrate is printed in strip shapes so as to form a plurality of adhesion layers. Then, the strip-like resistors are attached to the adhesion layers upon the plate-shaped insulating substrate, and the strip-like resistors, the adhesion layers, and the plate-shaped insulating substrate are sintered in a nitrogen atmosphere. Subsequent to sintering, while measuring resistance values of each portion between neighboring electrodes of the strip-like resistors, the strip-like resistors are trimmed so that the resistance values reach a predetermined value. Then, the plate-shaped insulating substrate to which the strip-like resistors have been attached is partitioned into individual pieces. |
