Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an automatic control system for starch drying. The automatic control system is characterized in that an automatic drying control system is arranged on a starch drying production line for starch drying quality control. The automatic control system comprises a human-machine interface, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a variable-frequency governor, a high-temperature pneumatic sleeve steam control valve, a plurality of temperature sensors and auxiliary electrical apparatus elements; according to the automatic control system, the advanced man-machine interface (a touch screen or an industrial personal computer) is used for controlling in a centralized manner, intelligent PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) operation is adopted for adjustment (PLC), an alternate current motor variable-frequency speed regulation is adopted for controlling feeding of wet starch, a platinum resistance thermometer sensor is utilized for detection in real time, a pneumatic control valve is adopted for controlling automatically, real-time field measurement is adopted, the temperature of the control point of a related key process, the motor working speed and air inflow are displayed, the field practical process data is compared with the target setting value and is analyzed and computed, the charging rate and the steam quantity can be automatically, rapidly and accurately subjected to PID regulation control, and the requirement for the moisture technical index in a starch drying production process can be met. |
