The invention provides a PCBA detection system based on machine vision. The system comprises a feeding channel, a clamping mechanism, a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism, a support frame, a first camera shooting device, a second camera shooting device and a control module, wherein the first camera shooting device and the second camera shooting device are arranged on the support frame and are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the clamping mechanism so as to photograph two sides of a to-be-detected PCBA; and the control module is respectively connected with the first camera shooting device, the second camera shooting device, the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism, controls the clamping mechanism to clamp the to-be-detected PCBA by virtue of the second driving mechanism, controls the first camera shooting device and the second camera shooting device to photograph the image, judges whether the PCBA is qualified according to the photographed image and controls the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism to drive the clamping mechanism to discharge according to the judgment result. According to the system disclosed by the invention, the PCBA is subjected to plate matching detection, the error rate is reduced, the working efficiency and accuracy are improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
