The invention discloses a gate valve of a filling pipe and further discloses the filling pipe with the gate valve. The gate valve comprises a main pipe and a branch pipe communicated with the side wall of the main pipe. a flange for in butt joint with the filling pipe is arranged at a main pipe feeding port, a main pipe discharging port and a branch pipe discharging port respectively. A main pipe stop gate is arranged at one end of the main pipe in the main pipe discharging port, and a branch pipe stop gate is arranged on the branch pipe. during paste filling exploiting, the main pipe feeding port of the gate valve is connected with a straight pipe of the filling pipe, the main pipe discharging port or the branch pipe discharging port is connected with certain section of the filling pipe through the flange, and switching between the main pipe discharging port and the branch pipe discharging port can be achieved by controlling the main pipe stop gate or the branch pipe stop gate. Pinching connection of pipes is facilitated due to the flange connection, and the filing efficiency is improved through the switching mode of two discharging ports.
