An upper circulating air duct and a lower circulating air duct are arranged in the box body from top to bottom. According to the synchronous adjusting and intersecting reversing type double-channel air flow adjusting device, the upper circulating air valve and the lower circulating air valve are controlled by the same executing mechanism to be opened and closed alternatively so that the air direction reversing circulating mode that the lower circulating air duct supplies air and the upper circulating air duct enables air to return or the upper circulating air duct supplies lower and the lower circulating air duct enables air to return can be achieved.
