Gear selecting and shifting system of manual transmission

The invention provides a gear selecting and shifting system of a manual transmission. The system comprises a gear shifting shaft, a gear shifting head, a gear selecting and shifting block and a gear selecting and shifting rocker arm assembly. The gear selecting and shifting block is mounted on one side of a gear selecting and shifting base. A gear shifting locating pin is disposed at an upper part of the gear selecting and shifting base and a gear selecting locating pin is disposed at a lower part of the gear selecting and shifting base. The upper part of the gear selecting and shifting base is connected to a clutch shell through an elastic pin. The gear selecting and shifting block is arranged between the gear shifting locating pin and the gear selecting locating pin. The gear shifting head is disposed on an outer side of the gear selecting and shifting block. Interlocking plates are arranged on the two sides of the gear shifting head. A reverse gear poking piece is arranged between the gear shifting head and the gear selecting and shifting block. A torsion spring is arranged between the reverse gear piece and the gear shifting head. The gear shifting shaft is disposed in the middle positions of the gear shifting head, the gear selecting and shifting block, the gear selecting and shifting base and the gear selecting and shifting rocker arm assembly. The gear shifting head and the gear selecting and shifting block are mounted on the gear shifting shaft through elastic pins. Gear shifting travel limiting devices are arranged at the lower end of the gear shifting head. The gear selecting locating pin and the gear shifting locating pin turn sliding friction into rolling friction, so that the frictional force is reduced and flexibility of gear selecting and gear shifting is improved.
