Multiple moving blades are installed on corresponding impellers in a radial mode, the integral shrouds of adjacent moving blades are matched and combined into circles, and the shroud of each moving blade is provided with a back arc working surface SB and an inner arc working surface PB; in the static state, the back arc working surfaces SB and inner arc working surfaces PB of adjacent shrouds are not arranged in parallel, and gaps between the back arc working surfaces SB and inner arc working surfaces PB of adjacent shrouds are variable gaps; in the dynamic state, when rotating speed is N1 rpm, the back arc working surfaces SB and inner arc working surfaces PB of adjacent shrouds make contact, and 0
