The machining method includes the following specific steps of (I) preparing gray fabric, (II) gray fabric dyeing, (III) manufacturing of a web clothed cylinder or a gauge-roller, (IV) preparing of modified stannous chloride embossing paste, (V) preparing of burnt-out pulp, (VI) synchronous processing of embossing and burnt-out and (VII) postprocessing. The stannous chloride is modified to alkaline, the characteristic that the reducibility cannot be weakened when the stannous chloride is mixed with alkali, the purpose that the burnt-out pulp and embossing pulp are worked on the same machining platform at the same time is achieved, bottom face printing is conducted, velvet pulled out from the front face forms a pattern of a stronger three-dimensional feeling through embossing and burnt-out processes, dehydration and drying are conducted, and finished product shaping is conducted. The warp knitted velvet fabric manufactured through the method can be widely applied to decorative cloth, carpet cloth and garment fabric and has wide application prospects.
