Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a bacteria resistance detection method of membrane dressing products under a humid condition. The bacteria resistance detection method can solve the problems that a detection method in the prior art is troublesome, consumes time and labor, works in an open mode, is complex in operation, causes contamination easily in intermediate links and is poor in sealing effect. According to the technical scheme, a membrane dressing is fixed on a bottom sealing ring of an inner bottle and then is fixed with a clamp ring, a cover body is placed on the inner bottle, a bacterium suspension is made to enter an outer bottle by utilizing a peristaltic pump, a tryptone soybean bouillon culture medium enters the inner bottle, a liquid inlet pipeline is blocked by utilizing a liquid stopping clamp, a front end feeding pin is sheared off and then is plugged into an exhaust valve, the device is turned over after being erected for 24 hours, the liquid stopping clamp on a liquid outlet pipe is taken off, then culture medium in the inner bottle flows into a liquid storage bottle, and the liquid storage bottle is cultured for 24 hours at the temperature of 20-25 DEG C. Through repeated tests, the bacteria resistance detection method is high in accuracy rate, avoids errors and is far superior to an existing detection method, thereby being an innovation for bacteria resistance detection methods of membrane dressing products. |
